What is Metera?
Metera is the execution layer for autonomous agents: it verifies what an agent is about to do, and is building the rest of the path, signing, execution, reconciliation and rebates, into one layer.
From intent to a landed trade
An agent can move money. It cannot tell whether it should. Metera sits between the agent and the chain and takes the action through six steps. The first two are live today; the rest are what the waitlist opens.
| Step | What happens | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Declare | Your agent states what it wants to do: the transaction, the intent behind it, and the policy it must meet. | Live |
| Verify | Metera reads the exact transaction before anything is signed: the token, the quote, the pool, the bytes. Two independent nodes at the same slot; one verdict: allow, allow_with_caveat, or refuse. | Live |
| Sign | Metera signs from your vault (a Turnkey enclave), under the policy you set. The key never leaves the enclave; Metera never holds it. | Coming · waitlist |
| Execute | The signed transaction is routed through Jito, Astrolane or Temporal’s Nozomi, with the tip checked and sandwich protection applied. | Coming · waitlist |
| Reconcile | Every send is reconciled: landed, expired, or do not resend. A trade is never paid for twice. | Coming · waitlist |
| Earn | When a trade produces a rebate, the arbitrage a bot would have taken comes back to you. It depends on the trade; it is not income and not guaranteed. | Coming · waitlist |
What is live today
The preflight: before your agent signs a Solana swap, Metera verifies the exact transaction and returns allow, allow with caveat, or refuse, with the reasons. Today Metera verifies and your agent signs. See Preflight and What we verify.
What comes after
Beyond the waitlist steps above, execution moves toward Jito BAM (private, verifiable ordering) and a TEE (execution logic you can attest). Both are on the roadmap, without a date.
What Metera is not
It is not an oracle and it does not produce data: it verifies what sources and the chain report. It does not remove market risk: a technically clean trade can still be a bad one. And it will not overstate what it knows. When nothing reaches the level you asked for, it refuses instead of guessing, and a refusal is never charged.
